Pure forms,
natural materials
and realistic textures
are basic elements
for me to work out
the relation between
men and nature.
The bronze-wood
combinations,
showing an abstract
and contemplative
character, are part of
the same creative
process as the more
figurative bronzes.
In these sculptures
I express
'themes of life'
such as growth,
fertility and their
manipulation.
